Registration for the 37th Annual ITOA Conference is now open!
It is with great pleasure that we officially announce that the 2025 Illinois Tactical Officers Association Annual Training Conference will again be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center – in Rosemont Illinois on November 23-24-25, 2025.
REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN! Register before July 1st and have your name entered into the EARLY BIRD giveaway drawing. A list of the equipment to be given away to the winning early bird names drawn is forthcoming – you will not be disappointed!
The 2025 conference will be built upon the great venue, experiences, vendor show and speakers we all experienced last year.

Please note that the new ITOA Refund Policy applies to Conference registrations: ITOA Refund Policy (effective from February 10, 2025) The Illinois Tactical Officers Association (ITOA) refund policy for those who cancel their attendance at an ITOA paid event is as follows:
Additionally, a registrant who does not attend the event for which they are registered (no-shows) will not receive a refund. IMPORTANT DATES: October 23: Last day to cancel registration to receive a full refund October 24 - November 16: Cancellations in this window receive a 50% refund November 17 - event date: No refund for cancellations

ABOUT ITOA
This is an opportunity for tactical officers to gather together to compare ideas and experiences. Through education and networking, it was hoped that high-risk operations requiring the use of a tactical team would be made safer.
