It is with great pleasure that we officially announce that the 2025 Illinois Tactical Officers Association Annual Training Conference will again be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center – in Rosemont Illinois on November 23-24-25, 2025.
REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN! Register before July 1st and have your name entered into the EARLY BIRD giveaway drawing. A list of the equipment to be given away to the winning early bird names drawn is forthcoming – you will not be disappointed!
The 2025 conference will be built upon the great venue, experiences, vendor show and speakers we all experienced last year.
We are excited to be returning for our second year in Rosemont. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center & Entertainment District is a world class destination with hotels, restaurants, theatres, music, sports and a multitude of other activity opportunities to be enjoyed by you and your families. Conference Cost Includes: Full Access to 2.5 Days of Conference presentations; 2 Day Vendor Show; Lunch on Monday & Tuesday
Registration:
$350 for current ITOA members (dues paid on/after today's date in 2024)
$390 for non-members (activates your one-year membership)
Conference hotel address and link to book rooms at the discounted conference rate of $119 plus tax will be included in your confirmation email.
If you are registering someone other than yourself, or need to sign up a large group, use the Multiple Attendee Registration form instead and we will assist you.

ITOA Refund Policy (effective from February 10, 2025)
The Illinois Tactical Officers Association (ITOA) refund policy for those who cancel their attendance at an ITOA paid event is as follows:
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 30 calendar days prior to the event.
- If cancelled 7-29 calendar days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations less than 7 calendar days prior to the event will not be granted a refund.
Additionally, a registrant who does not attend the event for which they are registered will not receive a refund.
