Highland Park 4th of July Active Shooter Debrief

The Illinois Tactical Officers Association is pleased to present this dynamic after-action debrief from a panel of officials who were personally involved in responding to and/or managing the incident. The focus of their presentations will be on the pre-incident training & preparation, actions taken that day, the multi-agency response, lessons learned, the long-term impact of this incident and suggestions for the future.

This presentation is relevant & applicable to all First Responders, Emergency Managers, Medical Personnel, Government & Elected Officials and anyone involved in planning and/or preparing to respond to critical incidents.
