The Illinois Tactical Officers Association and the Gurnee Police Department are pleased to offer this dynamic training opportunity:
Multiple Assault Counter Terrorist Action Capabilities (MACTAC)/Urban Tactics
Date: October 24-25-26, 2022
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Gurnee, IL
The course requires every attendee to be equipped with a converted patrol rifle and pistol that shoot marking cartridges. A limited supply of converted pistols and AR15 drop in bolts will be available for those that do not have their own converted weapons. Please contact ITOA VP Ed Mohn (email@example.com) if you need to make arrangements to borrow ITOA rifle conversion kits and/or Glock 17T pistols.
Officers are required to have converted weapons and supply their own marking ammunition. Officers must have a minimum of 300 marking rounds (any color). Officers should also bring protective mask and neck protection if available. ITOA can supply protective gear. Acceptable marking rounds include: 9mm Simunition / 9mm & .223 UTM & Force-on-Force Brands. Airsoft is also acceptable. Paint Ball systems & rounds may NOT be utilized in this course.
